AION — Consequence Intelligence Network

AION is conceived as a consequence-intelligence network for complex public systems: ports, cities, hospitals, logistics networks, utilities, and other critical infrastructure where one disruption can cascade across many dependent services.

The platform is not designed to predict individual behaviour or automate sovereign decisions. Its purpose is to connect evidence, uncertainty, causal assumptions, simulations, and operational constraints so authorised institutions can reason about consequences before acting.

Its first practical product direction is Port-City Resilience: a bounded environment where weather, customs, shipping, cold-chain capacity, road access, hospitals, fuel, and telecommunications can be modelled as an interdependent system.
